The 100,000 square foot building pad was stabilized with cement to prepare for future vertical construction, and essential underground utilities were installed, including storm drainage, sanitary sewer, and fire protection lines. Extensive asphalt and concrete work for sidewalks, curbs, and parking lots improved site accessibility, traffic flow, and pedestrian safety.
