Path Construction successfully delivered the Extended Stay America Premier Suites Hotel in Chandler, Arizona, a four-story, 124-room, 53,877 square foot property constructed with wood framing to Type 5A standards. The hotel features a state-of-the-art sprinkler system, guest rooms with kitchenettes including sinks, cooktops, and full-size refrigerators, and a fully equipped back-of-house area with storage, a coffee station, laundry facilities, and an employee breakroom. The project was completed with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, achieving all design and operational objectives while providing a comfortable, functional, and fully operational environment for guests and staff throughout construction.
