This Everhome Suites project is the new construction of a 57,830 SF, 114-key extended-stay hotel in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This four-story, wood-frame structure showcases a combination of materials such as exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), stonework, and cement board. Modern amenities include fully equipped kitchens, spa-style bathrooms, multi-purpose lobby areas, a fitness center, on-site laundry facilities, and an outdoor pool. The additional project scope includes slab-on-grade, a parking lot, an outdoor fire pit, and landscaping.
