Path Construction successfully delivered the 114-key, 60,783 square foot Everhome Suites Amarillo extended stay hotel, including a 4-story wood frame structure with a TPO roof, metal panels, stone veneer, EIFS, and Nichiha fiber cement siding. Site improvements included a design-build swimming pool, outdoor amenity space, and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations. The ground floor features a welcoming lounge area, guest laundry, fitness center, and a Marketplace offering various goods and sundries for hotel guests. Work was completed with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, achieving all project objectives while maintaining a functional and inviting environment throughout construction.
