The Everhome Suites Waco project is a 122-key, 60,783 SF extended stay hotel located in the heart of the growing City of Waco along the Interstate-35 corridor in Central Texas.  Site improvements include a design-build swimming pool, an outdoor amenity space, and Electronic Vehicle Charging Stations.  The site also houses a large underground storage/detention system to reduce stormwater runoff.  The 4-story wood frame structure includes a TPO roof, metal panels, a stone veneer, EIFS, and Nichiha fiber cement siding.  The ground floor includes a welcoming lounge area, guest laundry, fitness center, and a Marketplace with various goods and sundries available to hotel guests.
