Path Construction successfully completed the 352,000 square foot Darwin Elementary School renovation, which involved extensive facility upgrades including ceiling and wall repairs, painting, installation of a new chiller with associated components, and construction of a chiller masonry enclosure. Additional work included new annex unit ventilators, polycarbonate glazing, asphalt, striping, and concrete. The project was executed with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, with ongoing inspections, proactive subcontractor coordination, and detailed cost tracking to keep the work on schedule and within budget while maintaining a fully functional facility throughout construction.
