This project’s scope encompassed a comprehensive range of improvements, including structural and aesthetic upgrades. Key elements of the work included demolition and abatement to prepare for new interior finishes, such as updated flooring, painting, and ceiling installations. The project also featured a complete roof replacement, including installing new roof drains and exhaust fans to enhance building performance and efficiency. Upgrades to exterior lighting were implemented to improve visibility and security. Additionally, the project involved meticulous masonry tuckpointing and restoration work to preserve and enhance the building’s facade. These upgrades collectively aimed to modernize the facility, ensuring functionality and visual appeal.
