This project delivered a comprehensive range of structural and aesthetic upgrades to modernize the facility. The initial phase involved demolition and abatement to prepare the interior for new finishes, including updated flooring, painting, and ceiling installations. Exterior enhancements included a complete roof replacement, featuring the installation of new roof drains and exhaust fans to improve building performance and efficiency. Furthermore, the building’s facade was preserved and enhanced through meticulous masonry tuckpointing and restoration work. Finally, upgrades to exterior lighting were implemented to improve both visibility and security, collectively ensuring the facility’s renewed functionality and visual appeal.
