The Coral Ridge Mall redevelopment was a complex, three-phase project that modernized the retail center while maintaining continuous operation. Phase 1 focused on site preparation, including the demolition of a 100,000 square foot anchor store and preparing the site utilities and building pad for a new 108,000 square foot retail space, alongside the redevelopment of the parking lot, which was all completed in under three months. Phase 2 involved the ground-up construction of a new Cold-Dark shell anchor building, a one-story steel structure with an EFIS/brick façade and a TPO roof, which was completed in less than eight months. The final Phase 3 involved the subsequent Tenant Build-out and Fit-out of the interior retail spaces, successfully transforming the retail center.
