Path Construction completed a 25,000-square-foot renovation featuring extensive structural, mechanical, and interior upgrades to improve functionality and visual appeal. The project included new multi-level concrete flooring and structural steel to strengthen the building’s foundation, along with new drywall and glass storefront partitions that create open, modern spaces with effective sound control. Updated flooring, finishes, and acoustical ceilings refreshed the entire facility. Mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded to support long-term performance, and roof patching addressed structural needs. Additional improvements included operable partitions for flexible use, lab casework to support research, and modern classroom furnishings that enhance the educational environment.
