The project involved a comprehensive array of updates and improvements, including the installation of new multi-level concrete flooring and structural steel to provide a solid and modern foundation. New drywall and glass storefront partitions were constructed to create flexible, light-filled spaces. The renovation also included applying new finishes, such as updated flooring and acoustical ceiling treatments, which enhanced both functionality and aesthetics. Essential upgrades were made to the mechanical and electrical systems, and roof patching was performed to ensure optimal performance and durability. Additionally, new operable partitions, lab casework, and classroom furnishings were installed to support various educational activities and modernize the learning environment.
