Path Construction developed a 50,000 SF storage facility with RV parking and a 2,800 SF wood-frame manager’s residence on a five-acre site. The scope included grading, underground utilities, installation of metal storage units and concrete floors, paving, and site improvements. Challenges included constructing on a constrained site while maintaining access for deliveries and coordinating multiple trades for simultaneous sitework and building construction. Careful sequencing ensured the project progressed efficiently while meeting all structural and utility requirements.
