Burton Place is a residential development designed for the elderly. It features a ten-story building with 200 units. Initially constructed in 1978, the property underwent a comprehensive rehabilitation in collaboration with Jonathan Rose Companies, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), and Enterprise Green Communities.
Path Construction enhanced the existing building with upgrades to the individual units, common areas, and the surrounding site. The scope of renovations included demolition, fire restoration, carpentry, roofing, window replacement, HVAC upgrades, electrical work, and plumbing improvements.
