Path Construction delivered a 6,000 SF, four-bay automotive service and tire center on an undeveloped site in Scottsdale, AZ. The project included site development, concrete paving, utility installation, steel framing, roofing, exterior finishes, and interior mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Key challenges included building on a greenfield site with limited access, coordinating utility connections, and constructing functional service bays to accommodate heavy vehicles while meeting code and safety requirements. The project successfully combined efficient workflow design with durable construction to support long-term automotive service operations.
