The Bridge Elementary School project involved renovating two existing modular buildings with comprehensive exterior and interior upgrades. Exterior work included new wall cladding, roof replacement on the west modular building, roof repairs on the east building, window updates, and landscape improvements. Interior enhancements featured new wall and floor finishes, upgraded ceilings, modern lighting and controls, and updated plumbing fixtures. MEP and fire protection upgrades included replacing wall-mounted air-handling units, exhaust fans, grilles, diffusers, and registers, as well as installing new fire alarm control panels and sprinkler heads. The renovations modernized the modular buildings, improved energy efficiency, and enhanced functionality and safety for students and staff.
