This project in Frisco, TX involved 15,000 SF of interior improvements to an existing cold dark shell building for Bassett Furniture at Stonebriar Centre. Path Construction delivered site, core, and shell work including stucco, thin brick, and cast stone exterior finishes, followed by the tenant interior build-out. Scope included framing, drywall, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, finishes, and millwork. Challenges included adapting the shell structure for tenant-specific needs, coordinating complex MEP systems in a high-traffic retail environment, and integrating the new space with the existing shopping center circulation. The completed facility provides a fully functional, modern retail space that meets Bassett Furniture’s operational and design requirements.
