Indoor Agriculture and Grow Facility

Indoor Agriculture and Grow Facility

Project Summary

Path Construction completed a 74,000 SF indoor agricultural grow facility, a highly specialized, MEP-intensive design-build project focused on optimal plant growth, energy efficiency, and sustainability. The warehouse-style facility integrated advanced HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and automation systems to precisely control temperature, humidity, lighting cycles, and water/nutrient delivery. The design-build approach allowed coordinated installation of complex systems, streamlining construction and meeting operational goals. Energy-efficient solutions reduced consumption and minimized environmental impact, while high-security features protected crops and critical data systems. Path Construction delivered a high-performing, sustainable, and secure facility that combines cutting-edge technology with a controlled environment to support efficient, modern indoor agriculture.
