University of Tennessee Student Recreation Facility


The 20,000 SF University of Tennessee, Knoxville Student Recreation Facility Improvements project is a student outdoor pool renovation to a liner system including new filter house, pool equipment, and concrete decking. The project scope includes a new pool deck, deck trench drain, reinstallation of two diving boards, existing pool gutter removal, new Natare gutter & piping interior installation, reinforced concrete balance tank, pump pit, and backwash pit. The construction of a new filter building which houses pool filters, a balancing tank, & future chiller equipment.
