This project involved the extensive renovation and upgrade of an existing studio space. The scope began with the complete demolition of the previous area to prepare for modern improvements. The renovation focused on installing advanced mechanical and electrical systems to boost operational efficiency. The space was reconfigured to create five new classroom and studio spaces to support diverse activities, complemented by a dedicated faculty office. The design features a contemporary industrial aesthetic, highlighted by exposed ceilings and polished concrete floors. Finally, the installation of all new storefront windows enhances natural light, improves energy efficiency, and delivers a sleek, updated exterior appearance.
