Scope included, but was not limited to:
• Demolition of existing Posts 5, 7 and 9;
• Construction of new building Posts 5, 7 and 9;
• Fencing, gates, paving, and detention areas for Posts 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10; and
• Construction and renovations of Posts 4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and 10.
