The project scope included, but was not limited to
-Demolish existing EIFS columns
-Excavate and install new concrete footings
-Install new limestone columns at porte cochere entrance
-Install EIFS finish at canopy fascia
-Paint porte cochere
-Install new flag poles
-Upgrade electrical fixtures throughout entire hotel
