Path Construction renovated the building envelope of three key campus facilities, the Main Building, Vocational Technical Building, and ‘K’ Building, within an active higher education environment. The work included structural concrete repairs, masonry restoration, and window replacement to restore the building’s structural integrity and improve its performance.

Conducting construction in an operational campus required coordinating trades to minimize disruption to students, faculty, and staff while maintaining daily functions. The project successfully enhanced the durability, functionality, and appearance of the campus facilities without interrupting academic operations.
