Construction of LEED silver, 105,000 SF three-story building with mechanical penthouse on the existing campus. The building serves as a transportation, distribution and logistics learning center for students. Scope includes, but was not limited to: aluminum and glass curtain walls, roofing, MEP systems, interior masonry wall construction, interior finishes, site improvements, and concrete paving and landscaping.
