Path Construction completed a series of aesthetic and functional upgrades at Moraine Valley College. The project included a full roof replacement, selective demolition of outdated structures, façade restoration, and window replacement, revitalizing the building’s appearance and extending its operational lifespan.

Working within an active campus required coordinating construction around ongoing classes and campus activities, minimizing disruptions to students and staff. The renovations enhanced building durability, functionality, and visual appeal, contributing to a refreshed and more resilient campus environment.
