Ground up construction of a Climate Controlled Self Storage Facility.  The facilities are Metal Buildings with the majority of the structure made from Cold Formed Metal Framing and some structural steel.  Exterior of each building are metal panels with some EIFS and exterior masonry for aesthetics.  Main Building is 3 stories with each floor roughly 24,000 SF.
