This Mini Storage Depot project, located on Union Street in Concord, North Carolina, is the ground up construction of a 82,300 GSF self-storage facility with 555 outdoor and climate-controlled storage units. The facility consists of a three-story climate-controlled building with 477 climate-controlled units & an office in addition to three single-story outdoor accessible units. The majority of the structure is made from cold formed metal framing and structural steel. The exteriors are metal panels with EIFS and exterior masonry for aesthetics.
