This Mini Storage Depot project, located in Concord, North Carolina, is the ground up construction of a 208,000 GSF self-storage facility with outdoor and climate-controlled storage. The two single-story climate-controlled buildings contain 335 units and the five stand alone outdoor units have 156 total accessible units. The structure is made from cold formed metal framing and structural steel. The building exteriors feature metal panels with EIFS and exterior masonry for aesthetics.
