Marketplace Mall

Project scope included but was not limited to demolition of an existing retail location (integral to operating mall), installation of “pad ready” site, and civil work for 150,000 square foot anchor store. The project included extending all site utilities and presenting a certified building pad. Scope included site concrete and pavement, and landscaping and irrigation.

Despite weather challenges, Path delivered a certified pad for the new tenant’s use a week ahead of schedule.
