As the project’s general contractor, Path Construction is proud to oversee the construction of the new Kingsport Area Transit Service (KATS) Maintenance and Storage Facility in Kingsport, Tennessee. This facility will play a key role in supporting KATS’ mission to provide essential transportation services and help residents maintain or regain self-sufficiency. KATS keeps the community connected and thriving by offering reliable access to grocery stores, medical appointments, and employment opportunities.

The 23,000-square-foot facility includes six garage bays, an office with ample storage, a mezzanine, and a wash bay with provisions for a future automatic wash system. Path Construction completed the project at the end of 2023.
