The Marcus Garvey Elementary School project was performed in two separate phases. The project scope included full replacement of the roof membrane, masonry tuckpointing, brick facade repairs, replacement of roof top units, ventilators, & convection heaters in all of the classrooms/offices, targeted enviornmental abatement, new ceiling grid & tiles, new ceiling light fixtures, gymnasium plaster ceiling repairs, and targeted floor repairs.

The Fernwood Elementary School project included chimney demolition, masonry infills, and mechanical upgrades including installing a new exhaust fan & damper.
