The scope of this project included but was not limited to full tuckpointing, selected brick replacement and cast stone repairs. Rebuild masonry parapets, replaced metal cornice feature and full roof membrane replacement. Installed new exterior fixtures including vandal roof fencing, wall packs and overhead roof light fixtures. Mechanical damper/fans/AC replacements, electrical and security upgrades. Abatement of lead paint and asbestos flooring. New wall finishes and selected flooring in classrooms, offices and hallways. Structural repairs to corroding steel columns and truss structure in the multipurpose/Gymnasium. This included supplemental concrete foundation and curb work from the alley.
