The scope of work included complete new PVC roofing, roof drains, and sheet metal, new skylights (including skylight infill with roofing), new aluminum windows, new doors, 100% tuck-pointing, masonry parapet rebuilding, removal of nine of the existing air handling units and refurbishing of four existing air handling units; removal of the existing chiller, cooling tower and steam boilers, select removal of or capping off of roof top equipment penetrations, replacement of the existing fire and jockey pumps and their respective controllers, modifications of the sprinkler system as a result of the removal of the existing air handling units, installation of additional closed circuit television cameras, and installation of new exterior parapet lighting.
