The Chicago Public School’s Charles W. Earle STEM Academy Elementary School full gut renovation consisted of a complete interior and exterior overhaul of the school. A full roof replacement and masonry restoration was performed along with a full MEP upgrade that included new air handlers & rooftop chiller, hot water heaters, and boilers. Additional work included abatement for new finishes, the replacement of all of the windows, new LED lighting, and fire suppression systems.
