Path Construction completed a 50,000-square-foot storage facility with RV parking and a 2,800-square-foot wood-frame manager’s residence on a five-acre site. The project included grading, underground utilities, installation of metal storage units with concrete floors, paving, and site enhancements. Work was performed on a tight site that required maintaining delivery access and managing multiple trades performing concurrent tasks. Through strategic sequencing and strong project management, Path delivered a durable, efficient facility that meets all structural and utility requirements while maximizing use of the available space.
