Path Construction acted as the construction manager for the new 46,000 SF Carriage Crossing Senior Living community in Rochester, Illinois. The facility features a total of 60 units, comprised of 42 assisted living units and 18 memory care units. Residents benefit from a full range of amenities, including a commercial kitchen, dedicated open and private dining areas, an ice cream bistro, walking paths, and a fishing pond. Strategically located just off Interstate 55 and Route 29, the community provides convenient access to local dining, shopping, parks, museums, and golf courses.
