Burton Place is a residential development for the elderly that is comprised of a ten-story building that contains a total of 200 units. Original construction of the development dates to 1978. In working with Jonathan Rose Companies, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), and the Enterprise Green Community, Path is rehabbing the existing building to include upgrades throughout the building units, common areas, and surrounding site. The renovation scope of work includes Demolition, Fire Restoration, Carpentry, Roofing, Windows, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
