New construction of a 9-story, 83,000 SF building at 1203 N California Ave in Humboldt Park, Chicago, Illinois which includes 64 affordable housing units, first floor amenities, a second story terrace, and 3,200 SF of retail space. The building construction is comprised of a post tensioned concrete structure with face brick and limestone façade on concrete caisson foundations, featuring a mural by local artist Antonio Beniquez on the rain screen panels at the north elevation of the building.
