Located in Fairfield Township, Ohio on Tylersville Road, this 80,000 GSF Mini Storage Depot consists of two single-story climate-controlled buildings, two stand alone buildings with outdoor accessible units, and outdoor storage for vehicles, trailers, and boats. The exterior of each building features EIFS, brick masonry, metal, and glass facades. There are 835 leasable storage units in total.

Path performed structural repairs to the Route 83 Kingery Highway bridge extending over the Chicago Sanitary and Ship Canal. The Neal F. Simeon Career Academy renovation includes a major MEP renovation, pool renovation, and a 30,000 SF roof replacement.

Mechanical work included replacement of both chillers, RTUs, AHUs, two boilers, exhaust fans, 50′ chimney stack, hydronic piping, and VAVs. The roof was cut open to allow the new equipment to be crane lifted into the mechanical room.  The entire metal deck over the pool was scraped and painted, a new sound panel system was installed, and the fire protection system was reworked.

Additional work included steel work, tuckpointing, carpentry, flooring, tile repairs, bathroom renovation, locker room renovation, and new bleacher installation.

The George Washington High School project consisted of a 73,300 SF roof replacement, a new student weight room, pool chemical storage, and kitchen decommissioning.

An old cafeteria was renovated into a new weight room. Existing woof flooring & concrete sub floor were removed allowing for new concrete subfloor and athletic flooring to be installed. Additional weight room scope included removal of old steam radiators, installation of a new RTU & all duct work, new LED lighting, laminated mirrors, sound panels, doors, TVs & soundbars, masonry infills, and painting.

Old chemical storage rooms were renovated with new flooring, paint, and new duct work to connect to a new exhaust fan for increased ventilation. Additional work included new flooring, paint, and electrical panel & junction box replacement.

An old culinary arts room was decommissioned. All old kitchen equipment, including stoves, dishwashers, and exhaust hoods, were diconnected and removed. Additional scope included floor & ceiling abatement, painting, new unit ventilators, ACT ceiling, VCT flooring, doors, and light fixtures.

Path Construction acted as the construction manager for the new 46,000 SF Carriage Crossing Senior Living, located in Rochester, Illinois. Consisting of 42 assisted living units and 18 memory care units, the facility includes a full commercial kitchen, open and private dining areas, an ice cream bistro, walking paths, a fishing pond, and various other amenities. Located just off of Interstate 55 and Route 29, residents can find local dining, shopping, parks, museums, and golf courses.
