Rolling Knolls Pavilion located in Elgin, IL is a LEED Platinum certified recreational facility. Completed in 2017 by Path Construction, the Rolling Knolls Pavilion project scope included major renovations of the former clubhouse by creating a welcome center and lodge building.
It was certified as LEED platinum by the USGBC – the highest level of certification. The pavilion includes an event space and meeting room. In addition to the building renovations were improvements to the walking trails and landscape to create a nature play area.
