Hayden Bruce, Project Engineer at Path Construction Southwest in Texas, reflected on the team’s journey, noting, “When I came on board in late August, the framing and MEP rough-in were nearing completion. I was quickly involved in all remaining aspects of construction as we worked toward the finish line.”

“We had to conduct numerous coordination meetings with engineers and subcontractors to work through design, code, and installation issues,” explained Bruce. “It was a collaborative effort to ensure that everything would pass inspection and meet the necessary standards.”
Despite these hurdles, Path Construction’s approach to project management remained focused on communication and teamwork.
“We held weekly coordination meetings to stay on top of issues and proactively address potential setbacks. Our experience on the Waco project allowed us to anticipate and resolve challenges before they arose here in Amarillo,” Bruce added.
