Path Construction Southwest is excited to announce that the Everhome Suites project in Glendale, AZ, is entering its final stages. With the team diligently working towards securing a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO), we have successfully completed inspections for the first floor’s HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Our projected timeline indicates that we will obtain the final Certificate of Occupancy (CO) by mid-September 2024.
Our Superintendent has played a crucial role in overseeing subcontractors, ensuring that all construction activities meet our high quality and safety standards. Their attention to detail has been instrumental in maintaining the project’s timeline and efficiency. In tandem, our Project Administrator has expertly managed all documentation and administrative responsibilities, ensuring that every aspect of the project is meticulously recorded and organized.
Collaboration has been vital to the project’s success. Our Project Manager and Senior Construction Manager have worked closely together, coordinating efforts to ensure a seamless completion of the facility. Their combined expertise and leadership have fostered a productive environment, allowing the team to navigate challenges effectively and stay on schedule.
As we approach the project’s conclusion, we take pride in the unwavering dedication of our Arizona team, which continues to drive the success of this endeavor. We are thrilled about the upcoming grand opening and believe Everhome Suites will significantly enhance the local hospitality landscape.
