Building a dual-brand hotel on a shared site wasn’t without its hurdles. Early in the project, crews discovered an SRP electric line running through the center of the property, which delayed excavation and required a complete redesign of the utility layout.

Additionally, half of the cul-de-sac had to be rebuilt, involving complex excavation and coordination with multiple utility providers. Despite these challenges, the construction team delivered a cohesive and functional design that serves both hotel brands efficiently.
