Path Construction completed comprehensive demolition, site work, and ground-up construction of a 48,215 SF vehicle maintenance facility in Illinois, designed to target LEED certification. The purpose-built facility includes general and specialized work bays, dedicated maintenance and service areas, administrative offices, supply storage, and training rooms. Designed for operational efficiency and functionality, the facility supports both routine maintenance and specialized servicing of vehicles. Sustainable design strategies and energy-efficient systems were incorporated throughout the project to reduce environmental impact, improve building performance, and align with LEED goals, while creating a modern, functional, and durable facility for ongoing operations.
