Path Construction partnered with Pace Suburban Bus to develop a state-of-the-art facility. The project included a 29,012 SF, one-story Office Building housing a high-tech data room for secure management of operational data, customer service areas, offices, a loading dock, and training and conference rooms. Unique features included a clean-agent fire protection system and a 75kVA UPS system for operational reliability and security. The facility also included a two-story Acceptance Facility, a Bus Storage and Maintenance Facility, and advanced EV charging systems. Designated areas were provided for bus storage and driver training. Path Construction successfully delivered a modern, functional, and secure campus that supports Pace Suburban Bus’s operational, training, and maintenance needs.
