This project involves the renovation of two existing modular buildings, with comprehensive upgrades to both the exterior and interior.

Exterior upgrades include the installation of new wall cladding, roof replacement for the west modular building, roof repairs for the east modular building, window updates, and various landscape improvements.

Interior enhancements will feature new wall and floor finishes, upgraded ceilings, modern light fixtures and controls, and updated plumbing fixtures.

MEP and fire protection (FP) improvements include replacing wall-mounted air handling units, exhaust fans, and associated grilles, diffusers, and registers. Additionally, new fire alarm control panels and sprinkler heads will be installed.

These renovations are designed to modernize the buildings, improve energy efficiency, and enhance functionality and safety.
