Path Construction successfully completed the renovation of the east portion of the Unit J Building at Read Mental Health Center, encompassing approximately 10,460 square foot on the first floor along with a mechanical housing system. The project included site preparation, hazardous materials abatement, selective demolition, new exterior walls, advanced heating and ventilation systems, electrical upgrades, technology and security enhancements, fire protection sprinklers, and modern finishes. In the occupied southwest section, targeted demolition and refurbishment created dedicated spaces for patient evaluations and staff support. Work was performed with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, meeting all project objectives while maintaining a functional environment throughout construction.
