Project Summary

Path Construction successfully executed the demolition and reconstruction of the Cook County Forest Preserve Wildlife Headquarters, including the biological lab and office spaces. This critical facility supports wildlife health monitoring, species research, environmental impact assessment, genetic studies, and public education. The project included a new concrete floor slab, under-slab utilities, metal siding, windows, doors, masonry and drywall partitions, ceramic tile, carpet, a new HVAC system, electrical service, and complete interior and exterior finishes. Work was performed with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, ensuring all project requirements were met while maintaining a functional environment throughout construction.
