The project involved overhauling the existing facility, starting with selective demolition to remove outdated structures and systems. The renovation included a complete update of the interior spaces, replacing all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to meet current standards. Key updates featured a detailed interior finish-out and the addition of three new exam rooms, one diagnostic room, and one group treatment room. Significant exterior enhancements included masonry work and the application of new EIFS to improve the building’s aesthetics and energy efficiency.
