Jack Tse serves as the Director of Development at Path, spearheading key responsibilities in deal sourcing, acquisition, financing, and the seamless execution of development projects throughout the United States.
Driven by a passion for creating innovative urban spaces, Jack firmly believes that a solid technical knowledge of the built environment, collaborative engagement with stakeholders, strong financial acumen, and effective communication play a pivotal role in the success of any real estate venture.
With an impressive 20-year career in real estate, Jack’s professional journey spans diverse disciplines, including commercial real estate, land development, engineering, and key development roles within municipal government. Prior to joining Path in 2023, Jack held a senior development manager position at Brookfield Properties in San Francisco. There, he played a significant role in the acclaimed 28-acre mixed-use development, Pier 70, situated in the heart of San Francisco’s Bayfront.
Jack is an alumnus of the University of Western Australia, holding Bachelor’s degrees in Civil Engineering and Finance. He further honed his expertise with a Master’s in Urban Planning from the University of British Columbia. This unique blend of qualifications underscores Jack’s comprehensive approach to real estate development, positioning him as a dynamic leader in the industry.
