The Everhome Suites Waco project is a 122-key, 61,000 SF extended-stay hotel located in the heart of Waco along the Interstate-35 corridor in Central Texas. Site improvements include a design-build swimming pool, outdoor amenity space, and Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, along with a large underground storage and detention system to manage stormwater runoff. The 4-story wood-frame structure features a TPO roof, metal panels, stone veneer, EIFS, and Nichiha fiber cement siding. The ground floor provides a welcoming lounge, guest laundry, fitness center, and a Marketplace offering goods and sundries for hotel guests. This project delivers modern, functional, amenity-rich accommodations to meet the growing demand for extended-stay lodging in the region.
